Great for young and active working professionals and couples who have pets. However, families will not like the congestion of this busy Dallas neighborhood (lots of traffic), parking unavailability, luxury pricing for amenities that aren’t available (elevators down, TVs and audio in common areas not working, gate access not working, valet trash/recycling pick up late or missed). The new management company has 2 different properties to oversee so they are mostly overwhelmed. If you don’t have a lot of patience and plan to stay long, I would suggest look at another Camden community.

The area is beautiful, quiet, and super dog friendly! Wonderful staff that are extremely active and always looking for ways to improve the community. I was toured by Peter and was already won over by how welcoming he was and signed that day!

Has a big problem with crime on the property. Multiple car thefts, break ins, etc. are being reported by residents. Unfortunately management advised they can't do anything besides report to the police. Best advice is to live somewhere else if you don't want to deal with this.

I tour this place and it’s really nice! Love the area and love the attached garage! The stuff was so professional and very helpful!! Oksana helped me out and she is amazing!!!
