Owner Patrick Reily must have been upset that he was woken up at midnight for an emergency. Said he would call in the morning because he didn't have the schedule. I made a comment about how I thought the service was 24/7 and his reply was "well I answered. That's the 24 hours service". When spoken with eoman who answered the phone the next day lies were told so he could cover the fact that he didn't help someone in the middle of the night with an emergency. I can't comment on the actual work the company does and I never will be able to because just the experience over the phone was enough for me to go elsewhere

We had a fire and our insurance company hooked us up with Serve Pro. After reading national reviews I was a bit hesitant as they were pretty miserable. Man did these folks prove those reviews wrong. They were amazing. Professional, thorough, trustworthy and courteous. They cleaned every spot smoke would go, which is pretty much everything and everywhere. Thank you so much to Jim and his team. You guys are the best!!!

Caring , understanding , kind, professional , amazing cleaning! After many weeks w/ another company & my child & I getting sick from mold, Mike from Servpro in Toms River came right out & took care of EVERYTHING w/ insurance! Sent out a TEAM of workers & they just did an AMAZING job!!! I can’t believe what a They did in 1 day! I didn’t have to do ANYTHING !! If u have MOLD THIS IS THE Company to use!!!! They do so much & they really take pride in their work! Mike (owner) answered every question I had! He truly cares about his family & treated me like family not just another job & $$ !!!
