Due to short staff, our room was not ready and after a 45 minute wait we were still unable to get our room and drop off our luggage. We had to leave to attend a tournament. After the tournament our room was ready and the ladies working that night were great. Nothing against them as they were very nice and did the best they could. The room we had was very small with 2 queen beds. Room was very clean and other than no conditioner left in the shower, there were no issues with the housekeeping. Pool and fitness room are very small. Thank you ladies for doing the best you could with the staff shortage.

We spent 2 weeks at this Fairfield Inn while our house was being worked on. While being away from our house, going to work and school wasn't easy, but the staff at Fairfield Inn did everything spot on to make our stay comfortable. High marks for staff service, while there the keys to rooms weren't working. Some might be upset about this inconvience but things happen with technology. The staff bent over backwards to make sure it was less of an inconvenience. In fact, we felt that it was obviously more of a problem for staff than for us since we were waited on hand and foot. There were several memorable staff yet everyone we met was helpful, friendly and thoughtful. The hotel was clean, had a nice area to work in or play cards and even a bar to get a drink in the evening. We recommend this to be the place to stay in Overland Park!

Positive: They clean The snow off our cars.Beds were comfortable. Negative: Housekeeping didn¿t clean out the fridge. Leftovers left from another guest before. Phone was broke in the room.No microwave in room. Breakfast wasn¿t the good, undercooked sausage the first morning second morning cold burnt omelettes

Great staff especially Ayrika, and Christine. And the gentleman that cleaned the snow off all the vehicles! They were warm and welcoming even when times were stressful. Thank you for your kindness and nice clean rooms.
