I had a great experience this morning with the pharmacy substituting a medication for me. Was so thankful for this wonderful phone call and the opportunity to give praise for their hard work. They have had such poor reviews lately!

Poor customer performance and reliability of obtaining pharmaceuticals. Their operations are unstable and unwilling to assist when they don’t perform necessary duties. Unable to contact someone to obtain help when they cause an issue. Would recommend another pharmacy.

I had an appointment at Walgreens to get a booster vaccine today; I was sent a reminder email yesterday. I arrived at the pharmacy to find that the pharmacy was closed and there was no one there to administer vaccines. I would have appreciated a notice so I would not have taken off work and wasted a trip for nothing. I have heard of this happening at other locations in this area as well. I would suggest that Walgreens stop making vaccine appointments! This is so unprofessional.

I have been using this store to fill my Rx’s for years, and have suffered through the tragically long waits in the pharmacy drive thru or standing in line at the pharmacy. That said, what is going on there now is on a whole other level of slow-moving chaos. It seems like they have completely changed out ALL the staff in the pharmacy and have put in place a whole new group of people who seem to operate in low gear only. They were clearly way understaffed before, now they have a whole new crew that has zero sense of urgency in responding to the customer. Don’t waste your time with this pharmacy, there are plenty of other options nearby, I would suggest you try one them
