I tend to go in for a late working lunch alone and have always had wonderful food and appropriate service. I am not high maintenance, so maybe that is why I do not have service issues. Everyone is friendly, the food is exceptionally good, and it is something of a local gem (to be honest), My go-to is the Croque Monsieur...the little salad on the side balances out the richness of the sandwich very well. Took the family back for brunch one morning and they nailed it! 👌 Great neighborhood spot for sure.

Impressive breakfast high quality and well prepared. Had the avocado toast, it came with two thin lime slices, the aroma of the lime added to the experience a unique trick. Great coffee as well with free refills. I’ll add them to my regular stops when I’m in town.

Delicious giant, size of the plate, pancakes!! Tried the coconut pancakes made with coconut flour for our GF friends and it was delicious. Staff is very friendly. Only downside is parking is a bit tight

The pros: the food. Really tasty. I got the Greek omlet today. Spinach, feta, red pepper, red onion and I subd tomatoes for black olives. It was delicious and had a wonderful presentation as well. It came with hash browns which were nothing to write home about but still crispy and flavorful. Very pleasant atmosphere as well. Cozy for sure. Calm soft music in the background. I will be going back for these reasons. The cons: mediocre service. They forgot my drink with my food and and never asked "is there anything else I can get you" when bringing my food. I would have asked for hot sauce but opted out to give the flavor of the omelet a chance by itself(not regretted). The table next to me asked for their hash browns to be cooked extra crispy... They forgot that and took his food back and brought it back in a few minutes. So, over all just forgetful. I do recommend Cozy's... Just don't expect over the top service.
