Had a great experience at Pan Pacific RV Sacramento. Ross and Toshie were easy to work with. I had been in the market for a new trailer for a few months and decided to take a look at Pan Pacific. I looked at several trailers the first day and felt no pressure to buy. I went back a few days later and purchased a 2021 Clipper. The sales team was willing to negotiate and take into consideration other dealer prices. I was happy with the price I paid even with the current market on travel trailers. The service department did an excellent job at walking me through the features of my trailer and getting it prepped for use. If you're in the market for a travel trailer Pan Pacific is worth a visit.

It's just a sale? Nope... This was an experience. After a not-so-pleasant exp with another RV shop in sac, coming here was a huge welcome, being new to the trailer game. Toshi, our salesman, Catherine in finance, and the gentleman who did our walk thru (sorry can't recall his name we were too excited)... Everything was a breeze and they covered everything down to including the weight dist hitch no charge (technically), and installing it. They're Easy to find and had lots of choices. We weren't forced into a sale and every staff member was courteous. Go! Go now! Go get your adventure on!
