Orders place 12/9 as of today still have no recieved...one month later

It’s been 4 and a half months of waiting for them to fix my bracelet, my $1800 bracelet I had less then 4 months before it broke. It’s been in the repair shop longer than I wore it. I’ve received nothing but the run around from them. I own 7 pieces, all over $1500, you’d think they would have been helpful, or responsive or at the very least apologetic??? No. They offered to send me a gift card for $300 2 months ago for my troubles, still haven’t got it, still don’t have my bracelet, can’t even get anyone to respond at this point. $300 for my troubles??? Are you kidding me?! I want a refund. Customer service says ‘it’s in repair’ the team that runs the Facebook messages have been reading my messages for 2 months but don’t respond, the store I bought it in (Kay’s) says they are waiting on Levian. Needless to say I’m not buying anything else from them and I’m out $1800

I am so grateful to Le Vian! A small stone was lost on a ring that my husband purchased for me over 20 years ago that has great sentimental value. I emailed the company to see if it could be repaired, and was instructed to take it to a local Macy’s, where they would get an estimate and let me know about a repair. It was a lovely surprise that there was no charge for the repair, and also the settings were checked, it was cleaned, and polished to look like new. Excellent customer service - many thanks!

LeVian stated they would stand by their work. However after following their instructions, their authorized retailers failed to send a ring back that was bought online from a retailer and shipped missing a diamond. The jeweler told us the ring had multiple flaws and would lose more stones without repair. After multiple attempts to resolve this and get it repaired we finally returned the ring. LeVian ruined a milestone anniversary present and any chance of me ever owning a LeVian piece. Will not purchase a brand that lies, has poor workmanship in their product and no true customer service. Very disappointed with the experience.
