We moved in here with a $1300/mo rent in January 2021. When our 16 month lease was up, they increase it to $1750/mo. The leasing coordinator admitted they are trying to push people out so they can renovate. Our apartment is now going for $2000/mo after the renovations. Just another corporate landlord pricing normal people out of another great neighborhood.

Edited: Management of this apartment changed since I moved in, and despite some of the staff staying on, living here has become a nightmare. My A/C was broken for over 2 months and I was gaslighted every time I put in a maintenance request; they would close the request and tell me my A/C was working fine (It was over 80 degrees in my apartment when it was set to 70). The staff has been entirely unresponsive and unhelpful. Since the management company changed, I no longer have access to a copy of my lease and they ignored my request for a copy. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I haven’t lived here long but it’s been great. It’s super dog friendly which I love. The landscaping is well maintained, and the access to the trail is awesome. The leasing process was a little long, I believe the office was understaffed at the time because it took a while to get everything done. But everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The apartments themselves are also so nice, the finishes are really pretty and the high ceilings make it feel huge.

I seldom give five stars to a property as there’s always something that is just seriously amiss—usually with fees, cost of rent, property cleanliness, or customer service but this group is truly awesome! Amy made our lives so much easier and she is so communicative. I would 100% recommend this property and the management group.

I would give them 0 stars if it were an option. I highly recommend finding anywhere else in Dallas to rent from. They have added HUNDREDS of dollars to our rent and amenities (many of which we did not ask for, but have no option but to pay the added fee; for ex: $40 extra a month for Fetch packaging service. If you are a Prime member, your 48 hr delivery goes down the drain here because now it has to go to a warehouse hub before it even gets brought to you). The office staff is horribly rude. There is not the slightest bit of good costumer service skills. All I was asking for was a brief second of eye contact and a few words, acknowledging that I was there waiting to be helped. Don't get yourself into this mess. Look elsewhere
