As a previous tenant I wouldn’t recommend that anybody live here. The management was poorly organized, couldn’t keep track of rent appropriately and had sub par maintenance. My car was broken into multiple times and the neighborhood is awful too!

BEWARE! I have to pay full rent, minus teacher discount, for the following: When it rains, water seeps through the windows in both bedrooms wetting the carpets. They don't even change the carpets, they only change the padding underneath. Water also comes in under the front door so. the door needs new weather stripping. My bedroom toilet floods from the tank so I had to close the water valve . The faucet in the kitchen sink leaks coming down the cabinet and onto the kitchen floor. Two of the doors in the apartment do not close. I forgot to mention the cockroach infestation. Pest control came weekly but it did not work. I've had to use bay leaves all over the kitchen to keep them away. This complex does not deserve a 1 star. I've reported these problems to the ladies in the office. Excuse? They only have 2 maintenance people working on the premises. How is that my fault? They say it's not their fault either...Really?

First of all, I thank God, that since the new administrators are here, I have made very good changes to the property and the staff is very efficient in their work, very friendly. Celia and all her work team and the Manager. They do a good job Thanks Att Evangelina
