Live anywhere else besides this place! Don't make the same mistake I did. There are PLENTY of other reasonably priced apartments in Dallas in much better areas. The management is terrible. I moved out in May and they never sent me my final bill. I asked multiple times and they said they would email it to me. It ended up being sent to a debt collector. My credit score dropped dramatically because of them. It took days to get in contact with them and when I finally did they just tried to blame everything on new management. Also, there is a $25 dollar valet trash fee even though I could literally see the dumpster from my apartment. and another $25 community maintenance fee. They waited until the day before I was supposed to move in to tell me that there was a leak in my apartment, and when I arrived I could tell no one cleaned. I also had multiple packages stolen. The gate was always wide open, so anyone could come get in. Half of the washers/dryers in the laundry room didn't work. My apartment also had a smelly odor that I could not get rid of. There were multiple times when I tried to go to the leasing office for something, and no one was there even though the sign said open. They also never answered the phones. HORRIBLE customer service.

Great apartments I have no problems being here No bugs very quite also the staff is very nice and understanding they Try there best to help you in always have snacks for you in the front office I highly recommend these great apartments

Came for a tour. The door to the leasing office was locked even though the sign said open and an agent was inside. I had to knock on the door. She seemed annoyed to talk to me and my family. Very uninterested in our conversation about potentially moving in. Her makeup bags were open on another desk, so I guess we interrupted something 🙄

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!! apartment had bed bugs AND roaches. Put in work order for them to come spray and they never came!! Security is terrible here, someone broke into my car and took my radio and they didn’t even really care. These apartments need to be SHUT DOWN I’m so glad that I left and will NEVER live here again.

We have a visitor pass u have to ask who ever u seeing about the pass and park in the visitor spot that way u don't have to worry about your car
Ehhhhh idk about all that. It's not even on a good side of town. You probably just got to pay extra.
It normally takes at least 30 days for them to process your deposit. Now on that 31st day be right on the crack of they was about your paper..

I would say it is. We lived there for a year and had no security issues. Management hired security to make rounds at night to safeguard again potential car theft too. The community is gated, except when the gate doesn't work, which was the case for about three months before it got resolved.
