When I filled out this application for leasing an apartment my son hadn't turned 18. So i asked could he use his student ID because he's still a student. The application and fee has been paid!! Leasing agent calls and say they have to cancel my application because he doesn't have state ID. Application good for 120 days that's what was told to me. The leasing people just doesn't have patience amd compassion

When anything needs to be fixed Juan fixes it in a timely manner. Juan is very respectful and helpful when things need to get done. He is a great asset to the property! Idalia has always been so helpful! They are awesome when it comes to helping with anything you need.

The management is ok but should do better screening the tenants and back ground! 😌😶

When I 1st moved in community was great. Up until last year when my neighbors 1st moved in. They were very loud, nasty & destructive.

No ma-am not a 2 bedroom for 550
The main pool is always closed because they office staff don't want to deal with the residents. Texas Law only requires an apartment community to keep at least one pool open when the property has more than one pool. To keep the residents from benefiting from the restrooms and pool house, they keep the main pool closed and keep the other pool open. The majority of the units are on the west side of Clark Road. The majority of the residents cannot access the other pool easily. To make it even more difficult for residents, there are no pool chairs, the restrooms are inaccessible or filthy, no shade, ... absolutely no amenities. It's a passive aggressive way to keep residents from accessing the pool.
I've personally counted 8 pit bulls and one german shepherd. Despite many written complaints to the management, they won't enforce community rules. I guess they won't act until someone is injured. I hope they are sued for negligence if that does happen.
Because the new owners paid a marketing agency to boost ratings. The accounts posting the fake 5 atar reviews aren't real. You'll see that those posting fake 5 star ratings only have one review, and that's for Bluff Ridge. To be sure to get the real idea of this place, read the reviews from actual residents, many of whom review a variety of business in DFW.
No
