RATS/MICE!!! this is my first time moving in to some apartments and i will never do that again!!! These apartments are infested with rats and mice they started getting in my apartment out of no where, staff so unprofessional!!!! Paying $1360 for this mest up apartment … RATING 0 stars!

Location is clean & quiet, but nothing more. The staff changes constantly. I dont like going into any place & made to feel Im bothering U. Lived here a year and the front security gate NEVER worked but I paid $50. Never had a reason to use the gate key. Waited all year to swim in the pool outside my patio. It never opened - not up to code. Ppl literally jumped the fence trying to cool off! Fitness room NEVER re-opened! Maintenance so slow I just stopped calling. Mailboxes was always broken & standing open. Location is old and foundation has settled.When it rains, water seeps in & around the windows, water comes up through the floor. No lights or ceiling fans in the ceilings!! Light switches on the wall, but No lights!. Not worth the rent which should be ALOT CHEAPER.

Try just going to the office. Put , in writing what is going on with your apartment. You migjt have to put your letter in their drop box. Take a picture of the letter with your phone. For verification purposes. Give them at least 3 days to respond or fix the issue(s). Call Better Business Bureau(BBB) CODE COMPLIANCE. Have a nice day. And Good luck.

Try spraying area down with Hot Spot bedbug spray. On mattress too. Get some medicated powder sprinkle all over naked mattress and cover with fitted sheet. Keep repeating process at least once or twice a week. I have no more problems.
Not at all the management is very ignorant all of them . If you are willing to fix any and every problem that arise in your unit then go for it bit don't expect for management to send maintenance in a timely manor. If you like the hood environment and drugs,bed bugs, roaches,mice and rats with ghetto trash management old ignorant grown woman who only want your rent money. They nice when you apply but after you get in they stop respecting you.
