Good activity for kids. Open space with beautiful flowers and different learning experiences to keep them engaged and entertained. There's a maze for them to explore, it has only 1 exit, so no chances of them getting lost. Only downside is there are a lot of bees. That's to be expected as this is a botanical garden. The don't sting, so no worries in regards to that.

Yes, it is wheelchair friendly. There are some playground parts which are not 100% but there is a very extensive paved sidwalk around the whole park and ramps. The childrens park as well as the larger arboretum.
You have to purchase a ticket to both and enter through main garden.
Yes. There are actually tables outside the exploration center and a great indoor area near the entrance called the cafe (though I've never seen food served there, just people bringing their own)
