The main pool is always closed because they office staff don't want to deal with the residents. Texas Law only requires an apartment community to keep at least one pool open when the property has more than one pool. To keep the residents from benefiting from the restrooms and pool house, they keep the main pool closed and keep the other pool open. The majority of the units are on the west side of Clark Road. The majority of the residents cannot access the other pool easily. To make it even more difficult for residents, there are no pool chairs, the restrooms are inaccessible or filthy, no shade, ... absolutely no amenities. It's a passive aggressive way to keep residents from accessing the pool.
It is because they want to keep it impeccable to put it in the photographs of the apt. And that is where they take the future residents and be enchanted by the beautiful pool.
