I just dropped a gentleman off here (from a ride sharing app) a hair after 10 PM. Although some of the staff came to see him, they refused to let him back inside. If the treated this fellow so poorly, they may do the same to your loved ones.

My mom was transferred there. If I could give this place a 0 star I would. They ended up transferring or discharging her, they wouldn’t tell me. I’ve called multiple times to find out and no one is willing to talk to me and let me know what has happened to her. I told them I could call the police and file a missing persons report and the front desk person said that’s fine we don’t care. DON’T TAKE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER THERE. SHADY!!!

I worked for this facility on 9/2 and 9/4. I was forced to work in atrocious conditions, without support supplies or assistance from any administration. There were not briefs, wipes or linen to do bed changes or personal care for those who were incontinent. After reaching to staff for several hours was supplies delivered. Those who needed these supplies sat in their own filth for 4+ hours. I’ve reported to state and the facility but to no avail. The facility also refuses to pay people for their work. Over the course of those shifts I worked 19 hours with no break and was only compensated for 10.5. I’ve contacted the department of labor, EEOC and the State Department of Aging a disability. I attempted to reach out to the building administrator, staffing coordinator and Director of Nursing to no avail. It’s been well over a month and I’ve not been paid. Ive additionally lost wages at other employment opportunities because they stated I didn’t show up for me shift when I have written signed documentation that proves otherwise. I would never put my loved one in this facility and it would be best if you’re able to move them do it.

Alex was so amazing! My Dad was in the hospital and we needed 24/7 care for him for a short while and Alex was able to get him in same day. Other facilities didn’t even bother to work with us. He walked me through the process and Dad is in his room, chillaxing now! Thank you again, Alex!! ❤️

Manor Care, and is still the same . It's worse then before... I went to visit last year they were taking ppl into the dining area and one resident sat the whole time through supper with his food in front of him. Staff starts coming back in to take the resident's out and the same staff member that brought that man in sits and starts feeding him, need I remind you it's been over an hour. He has M.S so he couldn't feed himself. But I was looking like seriously awww nah, so I approached him by his name Kelvin is your food cold... he was like ummm well yeah yup. I asked the staff would you eat cold food would you feed your kids or your loved ones cold food. I said I am addressing the wrong person so I thought because when I went to Alma the DRN. She eventually made an excuse for the staff member saying she usually works upstairs. My question for her then was is there dogs upstairs???? . Seriously disturbing but most of those workers aren't there from the heart. Itsm only a job to them
