The express check-in kiosk was not operable. The staff were very efficient, however, this location is understaffed and took 2 hours to be seen. Along with the fact that the one inside Walgreen's 32726 was closed!

Had appointment for an insurance wellness check. Done them for years at this location...not sure what changed Walked out in frustration and didnt even get past the receptionist. Never have i needed a doctors order for an insurance wellness check. This location is not so good.

If I could give zero Stars I would. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance. I arrived 2 minutes early to my appointment. I handed her my list of things I needed to have drawn. I waited 30 minutes before someone called me up to tell me that they don't have enough supplies to do the job. At the same time, they announced to everyone in the room that they were short on supplies today and would be able to only accommodate those people in the room before having to shut down because of lack of supplies. What kind of mismanagement allows a lab to be without lab supplies? Did you not know this when you open your doors this morning? I will never be back.

Recommend the labcorp by the fairgrounds. Its further out, but literally in and out with no appointment. This one, long wait, rude workers. When my grandma came here often, it took them forever and several tries to find a vein.
