I came in and quickly met Ms. Lori, who helped me out more than what I expected with my dilemma and also emotionally. I brought in several pieces of my jewelry to pawn and Ms. Lori explained to me everything she was doing explicitly, which I greatly appreciated the time she took with helping me.
