On Lake Harris, close to Little Lake Harris entrance. Great recreation. Volleyball, boat launch, trails, fishing piers. charcoal grills available. Large pavilion for events available as well. Spacious parking lots.

We use this park for long walks with our dog along the shaded shoreline boardwalk. It's really lovely. There's always something in bloom and usually quite a few butterflies and colorful dragonflies may be seen. Over the years, the city has been expanding the amenities to include multiple picnic spits, soccer ball and other sports fields, white sand "beach" volley ball courts with a large adjacent pavilion, and a quantity of boat docks along the lake shore. Ample parking and clean bathrooms add to the comfort of park goers. An excellent use of taxpayer $$ in creating a space that all can find a way to enjoy.

Yes, leashed pups. There's a poop station, too, so please clean up after them.
For camping? I don't think so. We had canopy tents for the Beach Volleyball Tournament. Check their web site for overnight camping.

A small area beach, never went to the beach there. Hickory Point Recreation Area is a large area, Volleyball courts, Boating and nice Hicking areas.
