Nice folks to be sure, very friendly, no pressure. But that is a minimum expectation from ANY retail establishment, wouldn’t you agree? Also had no problem with the high interest rate. We have had some credit challenges which we are working through. Fell in love with a vehicle on the lot, ran a vin check, everything checked out. Only one problem. We discovered that they were asking $5000 over high retail for the car. I’ll say that again, five thousand over high retail! And better yet, they wouldn’t budge on the price! Charging me a high interest rate? I get it. My problem not theirs. But the interest rate on the loan and pricing of the vehicle are totally separate issues. Buyer beware! Make sure you know what you’re paying for.
