Employee Anthony was SUPER HELPFUL, took every step/attempt to remove "FUSED" corroded terminals in a patient and respectful manner as to not damage anything. He provided extremely useful information and tips as well as all pricing possibilities and benefits and cons (if any) of each pick. Great demeanor and friendly interaction. Yes they close at 700PM and usually takes an hour or more to charge,check your acid levels use a screwdriver to pop the two covers off and add distilled water only all cells should be about 1half inch to the top
