Call them
Confront the owners of the location it was towed from. If you had the required items for parking its on them. Or take them to small claims court.
I even have the police case number. I've emailed them but no one has reached out to me. The tow truck driver did a hit and run! I have a witness too.
Especially in Plano. Always pay attention where you park. It wasn't even 24 hours that hey Mr car and it was $325
These guys need a civil lawsuit against them. They are straight up towing cars that are legitimately parked at apartments and then charging the owners to get them back. BBB has the same complaint over and over again. This is ridiculous.
