These guys need a civil lawsuit against them. They are straight up towing cars that are legitimately parked at apartments and then charging the owners to get them back. BBB has the same complaint over and over again. This is ridiculous.
Sorry to hear that I am looking into that as well the same thing happened to me this past weekend and the tow truck driver did not attach my car correctly and drugged the front of my car on the ground where now my splash guard is now broken and I can't drive my car without that dragging the ground. Once enough of us get together and file a class action lawsuit it wont stop because there are plenty of residents and visitors whose cars are now damaged and someone in that apartment has a side hustle with that tow company where they are calling a tow company and telling them what cars to tow and one lady actually registered her visitor online and they still told her car another car had a parking pass and they still told her car so this is an ongoing illegal activity.
