This company weak as hell they came out and took my car for a pay check when I had a sticker on the car they want me to pay for tow where there in the wrong

Confront the owners of the location it was towed from. If you had the required items for parking its on them. Or take them to small claims court.

You can appeal within 14 days. They're some assholes. They don't care what the reason is. Just money hungry. But it depends on who called it in and why..
