You are charged monthly for Fetch services, and Fetch is an unreliable and slow way of receiving packages. The Gabriella does not receive packages for you, without exceptions in the case of mistakes, and Fetch has continued to lose packages without explanation. Fetch also only reimburses in the form of e-cards which is incovenient.

Everything about The Gabriella is fantastic! The agents are genuinely caring and very responsive to your concerns or requests. They provide highly detailed information specific to your needs. Hello. Thank you for your question and the opportunity to talk about our great amenities at The Gabriella. Butterfly is the system to view the camera to see who is calling you from the building entry and allow access for visitors. They are located at every point of entry and are user friendly. For more user information, please contact the office. While malfunctions may happen due to service needs or misuse of mechanical devices, there are 4 elevators at convent locations. Gate access is located on the 3rd floor of our parking garage and can be utilized with your Toll Tag. We recently endured a vehicle strike the gate that rendered it inoperable, but our patrol onsite is always visible to act as additional service and the gate was repaired immediately upon receipt of parts. We also have personal garages within the garage for residents. Please inquire about current specials with the office staff. We look forward to speaking with you. Have a great day!
