Fails to do rental verifications

This place is joke. I would highly recommend staying away from here. It take three weeks to fix my a/c. I can’t even get them to replace my door it’s got crack at top of my door so hot air constantly coming and my a/c constantly running. Some my door like my bathroom door and closet door don’t even shut all the away and they still haven’t fixed. I have put in multiple request in to fix all this and they have done nothing. They also tried to get my to pay double rent because they lost my money order. They also charge you way to much when there so many things wrong with these apartments. Make sure you inspect your place before you sign and get anything fix before you move in. Because once you move it take them forever to fix it.

I would DISCOURAGE any disabled body individuals and especially War Veterans from looking at this location as there are major practices that are blatantly manipulative and confusing to persons with disabilities or impairments. After reviewing my email I just realize my complete deposit was taken despite no carpet cleaning from the past two renewals and have a bill. This new management is unlike any management I’ve ever encountered. I’m sure this new debt owed is some error in their system as there are consistent issues with information and correspondence with tenants and now past tenants.
