I used Orkin to exterminate a large and persistent yellowjacket infestation under my siding near the chimney. I had some scheduling hiccups between corporate and the local office - so my advice is to always confirm your appointment with the local office. The initial treatment was not successful, and the local branch manager Wes Frisk personally took ownership of my case and returned several times to treat both the outside and inside of the house. The infestation was eventually exterminated, and I appreciated Wes and Orkin's commitment to making return trips to ensure complete success. Even though they are on the pricier side, I recommend Orkin and would use them again - because they stand behind their work with full customer satisfaction as their goal.
