A have lived here for almost 3 years and have really enjoyed my time the new management has been amazing and really enjoying my smart locks and home automation that was just recently installed. Building is new and again the ladies in the front office are amazing!

Though I do not live at this property but live next door, I would have been remiss if I didn't take the opportunity to give kudos to their outstanding maintenance staff. The two gentlemen who work here do an absolute magnificent job of keeping the grounds looking immaculate in spite of the oftentimes uncleanliness of the residents. In addition, Amber is extremely professional and this makes for an outstanding unit which I'm sure is predicated on the efforts of the Manager!

The management here is borderline fraudulent. If anything breaks in your apartment (AC, fridge, etc.) it will be days before you get any response. This apartment also has an agreement with a local tow company to tow up to two cars a night at the discretion of the tow truck driver. When I finally moved out, I got $2 of the $150 deposit back for an untrue claim that I put undue use on the carpet. When I moved out, nothing was mentioned about any damage during the final walk through. This place does everything it can to get the most money out of you. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
