When I moved into this apartment complex, there was much chatter about community events on the rooftop featuring Revelers Hall, possible new amenities (they had just taken a poll among residents) and it seemed like the management team was responsive. So far, it’s been college dorm like noise, patio doors that have gone unfixed for months and a management team that you literally have to plan for the planets to align to get answers or response from. Before the property company opened their new complex nearby, at least they acted like they cared about making some of the aforementioned activities and amenities come to fruition. Paying prices that are comparable to other high end complexes in the area with pool, gym and actual resident events just seems like highway robbery at this point.

Disappointed in how they pick and choose people to live there. I have been nothing but compliant in providing documentation needed. I have NEVER had an issue with applying to an apartment NEVER! . This shows how ridiculous their process is. I was told I not only have to pay a deposit but a months worth rent that won’t even go towards my rent so that’s an additional $1300 on top of $1400. I was never told none of this would happen when talking to the leasing office. If this was a risk I would never have applied because they are obviously trying to weed out certain people. The excuse was I had debt/loans. What normal person doesn’t have some debt and the debt is my car loan! That’s the only thing I’ve seen reported and know of other than my school loans. I make more than enough to pay my rent as well so there’s really no excuse other than the fact they are looking for excuses to charge you for every little thing. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and FIND ANOTHER APARTMENT. They will try to take your money some way some how. Plus there’s no amenities! It’s not worth it, go somewhere else.

I highly recommend this complex. The staff is great to work with and attentive to all your needs. I love how walkable the area is and it’s well maintained.

Bishop Highlines is fantastic! The staff are great and very attentive. Places I lived before had so many amenities to pay for that I never used, with this one it's so simpler and I dont have a need to use all these extravagant extras. I would recommend this to anybody!
