You don't need me to tell you: if it's ugly, busted, the staff is shockingly rude and it STINKS like the city landfill, you don't want to live here at any price. We never realized what an incredibly better, new, CLEAN apt we could get for way less money, and our electric bill immediately cut almost in half since we're not trying to HVAC San Mateo's completely uninsulated buildings. Could it be any more obvious which reviews have been written by the manager's friends who manage other complexes and don't even live here?

Great complex in a beautiful area of Dallas. The complex staff is Amazing to include Carolina and Hilda. Clean amenities and the hospitality is top notch. Would definitely recommend and very satisfied with my stay here.

I had an excellent experience with Carolina, she is the leasing, she does an excellent job in San Mateo Forest, she is always kind and attentive. I love my apartment, without a doubt San Mateo is a great place to live!
