not a bad facility. a lot of the amenities are lacking at the moment but gonna say it's due to management and ownership transition right now. new security policies being implemented that are not popular with current residents.

Work orders get deleted and never addressed even after speaking with management. They pick and choose which concerns they want to address. MOLD is not taken seriously. I provided pictures of water damage; I went to Home Depot to buy what is needed. I pay out of my own pocket if anything needs to be fixed. It's an apartment, not a house. Don't let me get started on the roaches.

You can fix the gate but not the elevators for over 2 years. My oven has been out almost a month I've put in 2 request and no one has ever come to check it out.

I’m moving from California and I went to view these apartments. I believe her name was Dawanna. She was remarkable and customer service was unmatched. She was very easy to talk with and was very knowledgeable about the property and area. Coming from Cali, we love good vibes. She definitely has a groovy vibe. Looking forward to our move, also hoping that Mockingbird will have what we’re looking for at that time. Thank you so much!
