I’ve been looking for a nice place to stay and came across these apartments.I must say I’m GLAD that I took my precious time to read these reviews. Omg ! These reviews are definitely TERRIBLE . Wheeew yeah I’ll have to past these up. Thank you guys for your honest opinion and helping me save my money. Thanks but No thanks for the invite I’ve been by there and just like I knew the reviews were not LYING! SAVE YOUR MONEY ppl!

Trash maintance just dont live here. They come to fix and instead they break everything. It texas weather it was 90 outside and inside the apartment it is 100.. That not even it, we were out town and we have ring camaras we called because air wasnt working and the whole time they were in our house they were just complaning about us. Making complaints about the air. But while we watched them work a week ago they complain about the heat in our house instead of fixxing it they juat saw it and left it alone. That just straight up dissrespectful. We would call the maintaince to report the air being broken they just hang up on us . Worst maintance i have ever seen in my life.

I've lived at a lot of different places, and the maintenance staff here is sameday or next day fast and they fix the issues. Never stayed at a complex where I have had such a fast response time. I've put in a total of maybe 10 work orders or more in year for loose wall sockets, bad circuit board, garbage disposal, shower, water heater, faucet leak, etc. Best maintenance staff ever in my opinion.

You guys are fraudulent, if an application has two applicants, and at least one of them is approved, then both parties are allowed to lease. It’s not okay to take 500$ for application and say one party is approved and then not lease.
