since I moved here , We been struggling living here. when my baby was first born and we got home , it was during the winter , the air conditioning wasn't working , now that's it's hot outside we are struggling with the a/c, we have gone days with out it. Their air conditioning works great at their office , how ever not residents apartments. They don't allow residents to have those air conditioning that you can have on your window but if it is a necessary thing. I feel like it's more on the management not being helpful. There's always people robbing here , my partner got his work tools stolen and they didn't have cameras working. we are having problems with our both restrooms and who ever is in charge has not come. the department of health should be honestly be send to view the apartments conditions. we found mold in our apartments and it always smells extremely humid and there's always insects. i have a baby on the stage where he is learning how to crawl and it's necessary to get the apartments fixed

If you plan to move in these condominiums in very poor condition, do not do it, you will regret it and spend your deposit badly, these condos do not deserve a single star First of all, the only person who is very kind in these condominiums is Claudia and from there no one else listens to our complaints and Lucy is not a person who deals with listening to people to solve their apartment problems and here my apartments are a dump they just come paint ARRIVA of the water leaks and mold see the images There are cockroaches, mice, spiders and they charge for coming to fumigate and they never do it, they charge for everything, they charge you for parking, garbage, water, gas, high electricity, well of everything, they only need to charge for breathing too! My very bad experience of all the apartments I have lived in this is the worst
