I live that six different apartments in Dallas this is the top one worst of all of them parking is ridiculous the management are racist they all charge different people different prices cause they’re due favoritism the inside of the apartments are in the worst conditions ACs and heaters always going out Hot water always going out roach infested mold inside the restrooms and AC vents when you asked to get something fixed they never do it right they make up different types of rules try to charge you for all types of fees and penalties when they can the tow trucks vandalized your vehicles in the apartments do nothing about it All the reviews on here I should’ve listened way before do yourself a favor lots of better places to live and then Del Sole apartments I will highly not recommend living here

4 times I go to the office and it's closed during business hours, the phone doesn't work and they still don't want you to pay late🤣🤣🤣

I don't know I recommend them to any living being that apartment is old and ugly apart from the attention is very bad on the part of the administration, I have already lived here for 6 months thank God the contract will expire and I will go live in a better place I hope . The air conditioning never works if something does not work they never get to repair it. So if you read my comment please do not come to live here, that heat is hell.

I also live there and if you have to pay for a space to park if you want to go and find one SERCA to your apartment. I think they have no control as to how many cars must have every recidente and this? Promotes that everyone has those who can. But I also think that we Latinos are accustomed to someone else to solve our problems and not take care of our place where we live. If you have a problem ballamos the veses the office and if necessary they will solve the problem. And I say this because the lady who is there very kindly listen to me three times I went and if She attended my problem seriously.

The air is not working very badly since I moved here and it is very hot there is no parking all are reserved there is a lot of cockroach a lot of fly every night loud music maintenance does not fix anything and the manager lives there for free and also two of her relatives live there for free free
