Good area , but maintenance doesn’t want to fix anything unless you “ Request maintenance through the portal “ everything is falling apart ! Shower makes a very loud noise due to hot water

Property manager is horrible. After 30seconds of speaking with her and trying to get clarification, she met me with attitude and snappy responses. Do not apply here, definitely do not pay the $200 admin fee - they’ll draw out the process and leave you hanging until you reach out 10+ times or more. Manipulative leasing practices. They do not give you the full story or info. Management team is impossible to work with - Not something you want from a place you’re trying to move in to. Front Office staff was nice however Management is different story. Woman is very rude and only interrupts you and provides no valuable feedback. avoid this complex!!! Take your money elsewhere. They do not answer until you’ve called multiple times in a row. All around bad experience, and even worst management. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have noticed several broken windows on cars recently. I feel like things are going downhill. The office staff seems less helpful each time I have a reason to talk to them, which is rare. And they have rejected my rent payment with no explanation, held me accountable for a bunch of fees, and put on my rental history that I was late. And they have done it to other tenants as well. Very frustrating!!

My truck just got stolen from this apartment, a 2004 chevy tahoe, sad thing is, the leasing office don't give a damn nor the management about it, it would be nice to show some care after calling them and asking about my truck.

Why isn’t anyone in the office when they’re supposed to be open on Saturdays?? All i heard is lies from then this is really messed up

That's rare that no one was there probably stepped out but their hours on Sat is like 10 to 5........unless office change hours.

The process to moving in was Smooth and AMAZING! They really make you feel like family the first minute you walk into the door. Amanda was very nice and helpful as well as the rest of the staff. I look forward to my new apt!
