All of the reviews here are 100% true! I haven’t had this good of an experience with a property manager in a long time. We have moved every year for the past six years because we’ve just had the worst luck with places. We are so confident this place will be a place to call home for a while. Also the view from the roof is breathtaking also there is a fire pit which is absolutely a plus for the winter months. We are so excited to move here in September. The touring and leasing process was so incredibly smooth and Hallie is the best. I can tell she truly cares about the property. The amenities are absolutely amazing and it’s located in an up and coming part of Dallas. I also love that there is a lot of storage within the apartments because we are coming from a loft with one small closet. This place feels like you are in a nice hotel and you can tell everything was done with care. Also has a small but GREAT gym with equipment you never see in an apartment gym. A stair stepper and a rowing machine! Also I love how there are only 60 something units which makes it feel really intimate. UPDATE: After a year of living here I must say this has officially been the best place we have ever rented from. We unfortunately have to relocate to out of state otherwise this is where we would reside for a while. I highly recommend living here if you are looking to. The walls are thick and I have never heard a neighbor. The building is so secure and I have felt incredibly safe living here. The gym is small but has great equipment, even a stair stepper! Great high quality appliances. The rooftop, clubhouse and downtown view are unmatched. Also The Cedars neighborhood has always been my favorite. So quiet over here and nothing really happens. Also cool events like The Cedars Open Studios happen once a year. You can walk to the Farmers Market. Across the street is a hip dive bar called Mikes Gemini Twin. 10/10 recommend.

There’s been 3 managers in the time I’ve lived here. And there’s one maintenance man who is spread between three properties who doesn’t actually fix what’s broken. The amenities are anything but up to par. Parking is awful. They don’t replace the lights or water filter for you but will charge you if you mess it up changing it yourself. They have a “dog park” which is a patch of grass outside the building, no fences, no benches, just a patch of grass— should be considered false advertising. I will not be renewing my lease here.

I’m a busy person so for me to make time to write a review means my experience went extremely well or extremely bad. First impression was the very welcoming greeting from Rodrick L. The energy and professionalism he possesses is top tier. The property has amazing views. The two units I was able to check out had great views of downtown and so much natural lighting. The units are very modern with high ceilings, and the digital fireplace is a pretty dope feature. Having seen the units virtually, I liked the properly already, but having seen it in person, with Rodrick there to make the experience so much better leaving little room for questions because he explains so well, pretty much sold me. A great property that will make you want to cancel your other scheduled tours.
