Called multiple times to try and set up an appointment and for two weeks could not get ahold of somebody. Finally was able to get ahold of somebody to set up an appointment when the time for the appointment came nobody was here or able to get ahold of. Total waste of time had to leave work to make the appointment just to get completely blown off. Could be a great apartment who knows but not worth the effort.

I loved living at these apartments—-I was there for almost 4 years. The maintenance staff was wonderful and responsive to my every need. I lived here by myself with no pets. With all the new development it is definitely a “place to be”. I will say, proceed with caution though, much like any other property, the move out process has been awful. I was charged an additional M2M fee, on top of paying an inflated rent price when I put in my 60 day notice—after losing my job. There was mention about it being “covered in the lease agreement”, nowhere in my document does it state this additional charge. It also was NEVER discussed when I asked about how my rent would increase when I switched to M2M. Also, received hardly any bit of my deposit back from when I first moved in. I heard horror stories from people about different apartments screwing people over. I’ve always been one to leave my places in better condition that when I found them. This was definitely the case. I lived on my own with no pets, the things I was charged for make absolutely no sense. I guess walking with the property manager before I left had no benefit—-he even mentioned prior to me leaving, that it’d be an easy “check out process” because my unit was in such great condition. It honestly hurts to write this review because I honestly really enjoyed living here, but this entire move out process has been awful. Hoping the fact that they’re expanding so fast doesn’t get to their head. I miss them caring about their residents and upholding their boutique aesthetic.

This has been the best apartment living experience I've ever had. The location is incredible and the apartments are beautiful. My husband and I could have stayed here much longer if we hadn't bought a house. Living in a boutique community is 100000% the way to go - especially in such a unique and eclectic neighborhood like Bishop Arts!
