During the worst time of my life servpro made it worse. I had a house fire and was told it would take approximately 2 weeks. I understand things go wrong, but 2 weeks turned into 3 , then 4 and then 5 weeks and then 6 weeks. Everyday a different crew was in my home. Someday 3 or 4 people, other days 2 people, somd days 1 person. Some days i was told noone coukd come because they were sent to another job more important or other days someone only came for half a day. Even after they told me they were done on numerous occasions they weren't. I was left to clean my own stuff even after the fact. Every dresser. Every mirror, every picture frame, light fixtures, every single dish that was saved needed to be rewashed because even though they said they washed it and boxed it up the items still had soot on it. I have items that were thrown away with out my permission, items that belonged to my deceased grandmother , items I never can get back. Their driver backed into my fence and damaged my gate. They broke items with in the house that was not damaged by the fire. They scratched my floor in multiple places, said they would fix it and then turned into my insurance company and told me i had to find someone to fix it. This company is not recommended and I wouldn't use them if my life depended on it. They promised services that i never received. Servpro made everything worse. Granted they fixed my gate but it was another headache during a very bad time already. Everything else I had to clean. It was that or have servpro come in a 3rd time to fix their mistakes and wait on them for god knows how many more weeks. Manager would tell me one thing and crew would tell me something else.

Jeff and Alex could not have been more courteous, professional, and kind. From the initial phone call to the appointment everyone was professional. They started working right away and were able to clean, dry, and disinfect the affected areas. Jeff provided a business card with a personal phone number to contact him should I have any problems or concerns. He was accommodating to my work hours in scheduling services. SERVPRO made a very stressful situation less stressful. I would highly recommend SERVPRO!

The girl that answers phone , is rude and unprofessional, should not be the frontline for your business!!! I will never call you again even if my house is under 12 feet of water!! Also, your billing is corrupt you overcharged my nephew by almost $1000!!
