Hello. We are back to the circus now that the Inspection is over. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Brandie Mejia thinks it’s a joke. People have had their money stolen and all she cared about was making sure they passed inspection. She’ll get help when it benefits HER! Her sarcasm is not needed. We, the residents, have been through a lot with no Managers, Distrustful Managers, No Maintenance, Work Orders from 2021, Phones are STILL down, for an unapologetic Regional Manager. Let’s not talk about the Trash Looking a Hazardous Mess Again. If you can manage 8 Properties, your words, then learn how to communicate effectively. It’s unfair that our personal information is in jeopardy. This isn’t an angry review, this is a Warning Review. Peak Cares need to do better. Everybody isn’t on Section 8. They arev running off the good ones due to lack of Support!!!!

I came in June 6 to inquire about an apartment. I spoke the only representative there, she gave me a pamphlet with each apartment pricing along with application fees and security deposit. The rep then told me to come back at the end of July to apply, because they have paper applications and they also help with filling it out. She even told me what I need to have when I came back!!!!!! I came back today July 7th and she tells me that the complex is completely pre leased. She said they filled up within the last one to two months. I reminded her of our conversation, and then asked why didn’t she tell me that when I came in? Why was I told to come back to apply? I didn’t look any where else because I assumed this place is where I would be living. Do not move here, well you can’t anyway.
