10/6/22 Restored faith ... Luna Apartments is under new management! In one visit the new maintenance technician resolved the 3 month long awaited repairs. Luna Apartments has come across a true treasure. Let's hope they will appreciate him. My affirmation is that Julio, will be extremely successful in life! We are hoping he stays here a long while. My rating has changed back to 5 stars! 8/16/22 "What a shame ... I've had to change the previous rating of 5 stars. As a person with strong work ethic, I must be honest about my thoughts on this matter. The issue of being short staffed is no excuse for poor quality of service. In my opinion maintenance merits 90% of rating for any rental property. 9/6/22 Today I met our apartment complex manager, sadly under unfortunate circumstances. "Yes, the maintenance issue." Carina, "seemed" polite, attentive and courteous with my son. yet serious and with contempt towards myself. However, she is quite corporate oriented. Makes me think these repairs may need to be done at our expense. I must publicly apologize to the maintenance crew for my unfair judgement. One can only do so much with the supply on hand. If management refuses to order the necessary equipment then how can we the tenants expect any repairs to be maid in a timely manner or of proper quality. However, Julio, the new maintenance technician, was able to perform and complete the tasks at hand without the proper materials. Honestly, management needs to step up and keep the supplies, equipment and tools available. We moved in on 7/9/22 it's been an experience. However, the leasing agent "assistant manager" Dahlia, is amazing! She gets thing done, she's very kind, caring an amazing person, yet sturn. That's my kind of leader. The complex had been peaceful, thus far. However, shortly after we moved in there was some domestic violence right in front of our window. Dahlia, took care of the situation immediately! Of course, situations like that cause the need for more rules that must be put into play, (that most people don't appreciate.) However they are necessary in order to keep this place in that peace of mind state. The property is kept clean. It is a pet friendly property. Poopy bags are kept available through out the walk ways. Thank you so much to the hard working people that clean up the grounds, as well as around the dumpsters. The grounds keepers, break their backs, lifting the heavy items some tenants leave lying around the trash dumpsters. Unfortunately, it is not smoke free. The tenants that smoke don't follow the rules therefore, whatever they smoke, comes through the vents and the horrid odor completely overwhelms the whole apartment. Making it unbearable at times. Unfair to us nonsmokers and asthmatics. I strongly recommend getting air purifier and oil infuser fortunately, this helps somewhat. The rent is reasonable and the air conditioning is amazing! My pets acclimated immediately, it was home right away. I must say, this is the best kitchen I've ever experienced in my rental history. 😊 There is plenty of storage space through out the apartment. From the walk in closets to the cabinets in the bathroom and in the kitchen. There is a storage closet in the tiny balcony/patio. 😊 The laundry area is the perfect size, it fits a large washer and dryer (electric only) Management and maintenance have made it stressful to live here. However, to be fair. I've encountered these issues everywhere I've rented. Yet, corporate and management are the ones responsible for the up keep and condition of their property. And the wellbeing and peace of mind of their tenants. Without us they have no business to generate income. No fear, no doubt everything will fall into place effortlessly...

My experience with Manager Ms.Karina has been very pleasant..She's very helpful as well as very courteous with her tenants.They have after school programs for the kids as well..and had a nice back to school activities here on the property with the people..So far so good..

The bedroom's are small. I've never lived here. Just visited and just to small.
