The BEST campground we have stayed at! Wonderful owners and camp hosts. Accommodating, attentive. Quiet peaceful atmosphere that is conducive to relaxing and having a wonderful time. Large, spacious camping sites nestled among the trees, spread on over 100 acres. The Satilla River offered the best kayaking we have had since we began traveling in July of 2020.

Amazing and perfect place to get back to nature. Camp site is up to par in every way and the river puts the cherry on top. Mr. Easton is phenomenal host. Couldn't ask for a better get away spot!

Our 2 family party had such a great time at Deep Bend Landing. The house we rented was extremely spacious, nicely decorated, and had all the comforts of home, including all coffee maker! Pet friendly with a large area to tie your dogs off in the front, as the fence does not go all the way around the yard. Beautiful river view, though it is hard to fish at this particular spot if the river is a up, there is a spot you can get into the river to swim if you'd like. It was so quiet you could hear the river moving, birds chirping, and the wind in the trees. We will definitely be going back!

Yes! We did my mom's vow renewal here and had someone being a tent to camp in.

There is a calendar on web but you must call us at 912-222-1819 to reserve. Our full hookup rates range from $30.00 to $35.00 per night. People do swim in the river. However, it is two high for kids to safely swim now. You should be a strong swimmer to swim in any river.
Sorry we do not have a bath house. We are set up for self contained units. However, we do have our own port john with a sewer pump so we can keep it clean. So if you can forgo a shower we can meet your tent camping needs for a couple of days.We have a naturally beautiful and quiet campground and would welcome your visit.
