10/11/22: I am updating the feedback after staying here almost 6 months now. Apartment is definitely good but I am not sure about the facilities they showcase. Swimming pools are never open, fitness center doesn't exist(they say someone broke something so it's closed ever since), someone broke the gate and it took almost a month to fix it, and even after that it had some issue due to which it was always open for a long time. For the laundry room there are two of them in my apartment phase, out of which, the one which is near to my apartment is not maintained and due to which I need to carry all my laundry to other side 2nd laundry room. And it's not better too, we have asked so many times to replace the bulb, because on cloudy days or evening time it gets dark inside the room. One time there was a water cut due to maintenance from morning to evening and when I called inquiring about, they said they forgot to send emails day before for the update about the water cut. So, overall due to this reasons I am rating from 5 to 3 stars. However, the apartment is good with no pest issues and a very peacefully apartment community. I moved last month in 2B2B apartment, and so far everything is really good. Staff is really professional and always available. Moreover, community is quiet and people are friendly. Overall, I really like the apartment and a decent place to live. The only thing I wish in the apartment is, if there were ceiling fans and ceiling light in the bedrooms.

Sunset Point has really gotten worse when it comes to attentiveness to tenants emergency requests with maintenance issues, they can never have consistent staff in the front office nor maintenance men, they make up new rules as they go and expect you to know, you pay rent to expect that all the amenities they state at the time of renting that it would be accessible for use but in all retrospect it’s all a prop. The pool has not been working for the past 3 yrs I’ve lived here nor the so called gym they have. If you call on the phone after office hour for a maintenance emergency, don't expect for them to come at all. My ac stopped working on Friday and here it is Sunday and no one has came. It's 92 degrees in my apartment in the God forsake TX heat that it's already 100 degrees outside. Blacked out my windows to keep heat out and bought fans for the kids room and for all along the house to get some cool air going. But, they expect for you to pay your rent on time and adhere to they rules but they can come and fix this major issue. Yup not renew lease once my lease is up. Don't move here. Been here 3 years and this is my last. I will be looking for another place.

Their staff and Maintenance is horrible!! Called in for my A/C and they said the couldn't promise me they would go take a look at it that day because they had other A/C work orders as if ours wasn’t important. Our A/C breaks down every time during the summer and the refuse to replace it not to mention the crazy amount of energy due to it not working properly. Aside from the A/C we had put in a work order for a microwave months and months ago and never got fixed. Our toilet was clogged once and the Maintenance tried charging us for it when the office told us he shouldn't of had done that. The list goes on and on!

I've been living here for almost a year. There are 3 pools that have never opened since I've been here. We've called numerous times to have our carpet fixed after the AC leaked and soaked the hallway. We had to buy a whole new mattress as well because our bedroom ceiling had another leak while we were at work they fixed it but never finished the ceiling. Things are done VERY lazy. Someone threw cat litter near the pool gate and it's been there for over a week. They don't care.
