Worst place to live in. The experience with the customer service was horrible!

This apartment complex is very short staffed. The dog park and surrounding grassy areas are filled with small dog feces. (Talk about a throrn in your foot) The plants around the complex are dying. The office gets so busy when you finally move in if you have any questions or concerns it's difficult to catch anyone. The units are nice but small for the price.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean, and you see the effort they put in to keep it that way. Maintenance staff are respectful and come in a timely manner. The only negatives are the blind spots in the garage that they can fix with some mirrors. And 2nd one is that they closed down the pool too often specially now in summer, but it’s usually for cleaning it up. Update: they added the mirrors in the garage

I have been given the run around since the day we moved in. Rules and policies are inconsistent. They only want to follow the terms of the lease if it applies to them. The apartment itself is very nice, but it isn’t kept up and I’d rather play in traffic than have to continue hearing the excuses that come out of the office.
