Been here 6yrs, rent went from 1080 to 1660 with no updates in the unit because we refuse to renew our lease, nothing gets fixed, the unit next to us caught fire twice, another unit in the front caught fire as well, garbage everywhere,new management is very argumentative,been here 6 years the pool has only been open once ,car has been broken into 3times my floor is lifting and has soft spots, they won't fix unless we renew our lease,we are moving to a new place that costs more but is well worth it, oh ya roaches are SUPER BAD, me and my husband are very clean, no matter what we do, they are still here, they need to pay rent! Oh ya if you ask for corp number they refuse, they say you have to deal with them. IM OUT, never in my life of renting have we ever delt with mess like this and we have been renting 20 plus year

I do not recommend this condominium if you are looking for a good place this is not the right one for me they have charged me $25 more for not paying the 1st it is assumed that the lease payments are up to the 3rd and if you have a problem they ignore it they don't care, the office staff are not doing anything they should change these condos 👎

Horrible service in the office they are closed all day and they are inside…I had been going for 3 months to tell the that I had problems in my apartment and they don’t came never they are disgusting in the service…the manager it doesn’t due anything to solve the problems.
