By far the worst place I’ve ever lived ..I’ve been here three months and I’ve had major issues since I’ve moved in.. my tub is back ing up with sewage…YES SEWAGE TISSUEAND EVERYTHING ELSE U CAN THINK OF..it’s disgusting..that’s jus one thing though..there is noise all day and night never any peace EVER..IBUATE IT HERE SO BAD..definitely going to break this lease

The people at this office are nice at first in getting people to live at this complex. But once you move in and have issues with this place the way they treat you are horrible! You can’t get anything fixed in this darn apartment complex as well as the management talk to you horribly. The talk to you sarcastically and never get things done. When you talk to the neighbors they all have a bad experience and say it’s been bad ever since the management changed. At first I didn’t believe it until after I moved in and had a few issues. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I put a work order 3 months ago, they were no feedback. I went to the office twice before they start renovating the leasing office and they said they will send me new kitchens lightbulbs in 2 days. After 2 weeks still no response for other work orders and no lightbulbs. Last week they stated they don’t replace lightbulbs and some work orders you have to speak to manager who is not available and don’t give any day or time to meet the manager. I asked if an email can be sent to respond to my requests, no response. They removed the fence since last year and have not replaced it yet so families are not able to let their children play like before the new management came. I am sad because they act really coldly to residents even though I was pay my rent for the 2 past years I have been there.

Went through for tours on the one and two bedrooms. The staff was really helpful and attentive making time for us and meeting to discuss available options. They have some great looking renovations.
