This is the worse apartment you can ever live in all they do is getting the rent and don’t even care about their tenants! I have lived in this apartment for over 9 years! When you put in an work order they do not show up! You have to keep calling. Then, they go about asking you go to go give them a good review on this site! Do not fall for this! I will take a legal action soon on them!!!!

Thank you Norma and Springfield Crossing staff for being so helpful and kind! The management here really care about the residents!! During the pandemic my husband and I both lost our jobs and they were there 100% to help us not go under and allow us to come back up again. Norma thanks for being personal and understanding. It's decent. The staff are nice, the grounds are clean. The apartments have foundation issues. Lots of vehicles so parking can be limited in some areas. For the price, it's a good value.

They do get busy and get a lot of call but like most offices they tend to pick and choose who they answer the call for but in person they are a great office personnel.
They are not all bills paid. The water is divided amongst the 3 levels or 2 levels. They prefer no evictions within 5yrs and have 2 pools and on site maintenance as well. They also do background checks and prefer no felony within 10yrs. They do give u 2nd chance but they are steeper in price as well with that.
