These apartments are absolutely amazing. We moved in the month covid hit the United States and I mean we really got lucky. Not only are they all bills paid but the floor plans are huge and nice. It's a small complex so it's quiet and never had any issues. There's access to a private park in the back with an elementary school and a splash park as well. Couldn't imagine living anywhere else.

I've been living at the Pioneer location of Atrium Gardens Apts for approx. 7 years or so and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. In that time I have seen many of the same faces staying for nearly as long if not longer, so my faith in the management and maintenance is not misplaced since it seems many of my neighbors also feel the same and find Atrium Gardens to be worth sticking with. I have had very few issues that needed addressing during my time here and every single time I needed assistance Penny, the manager, and the maintenance guys, Manuel and Jose, have jumped right on it and helped me in a timely and professional manner. Penny is very fair and does not pick favorites, she treats everyone like equals and is very active in maintaining the property. She goes out of her way to assist anyone in need and is very pleasant person to get to know. The maintenance crew, consisting of Manuel and Jose, is absolutely top tier. There has never been a ticket I have submitted that was ignored or delayed, they answer calls of service promptly and have the issues fixed swiftly. The apartment tenants are very nice and keep to themselves. We always greet each other cordially and watch out for each other. The Howard Moore Park is also accessible from a gate on the north side of the apartments which is pretty awesome. Atrium Gardens is honestly amazing and I'm so grateful I found it.

The deposit starts at $350, it can go up depending on your credit/rental history.
ESA are not denied at our complex, we would require proper documentation from a qualified physician stating the resident/applicant has a need for an ESA.
We work on a 60-day notice, currently we do not have any studio units on notice. You can always check on our website as availability updates.

The rent would stay the same amount during your lease period. If you lease the unit for $680 it will be that amount even if there are 2 people on the lease.

Yes pets are allowed. They even have an area where dogs can handle their duties. They also provide dog bags.
