Maintenance take for ever to fix stuff ..the upstairs people are so noisy ... They don't do nothing ..the office people as much as i tell them about the situation they don't do nothing ... And these are new ppl n new management .. and still nothing....if i could give them no stars i would..

I currently stay here. These people are just completely false advertising and don’t kno how to run a business. They stay rent will be (1199) but the manager is always ALWAYS adding a $100 “late fee” on top of other fees that was not mentioned when signing a lease. Roaches and bed bugs are EVERYWHERE! I’ve complained several times anD NOTHING has been done.

This place is nasty outside, maintenance takes for ever to come, major roach motel and they spray on Thurs only to bring out more roaches, someone has been killed and shot not once but twice in less than a year, and visitors have to pay 8.00 a day for parking. Oh and 2 new owners in less than 6 mnths and they changed the name last week .

I came on here specifically to find the number to the corporate office...
This property is not worth what they charge. They have no pool no play ground and they are infested with roaches, bedbugs, and rats.

The parking limit is 7 consecutive days or Your car will be towed. But You do have to register Your car or it will be towed. I Know, this first hand because the old office staff wouldn’t tell You until after the fact.

Not really upgraded, and a lot has changed since the new owners took over. I wouldn't really recommend Las Lomas as it is now. The office won't open even to pay rent, nobody keeps unruly people in check anymore, the laundry room card service is down and no washer dryer hook ups make that a problem. And I'm seeing a roach here and there now. Also it's getting more ghetto by the day. Just trying to be honest

No...They include water in the same bill as your rent usually around 50 and up you will see it on your bill then of course you pay electric and things like that
