I was visiting to care of my mom she's in her last days , I was about fifteen minutes from registering my car was towed I went to the office to report it. they know I come frequently. I had to leave my mom in the house by herself.at this point I prayed the whole way.vistor, please be careful when parking in this apartment complex.

I deliver groceries and the elevator has been broken for 2-3 months now, and my last trip, was crazy to 3rd floor. It smelled like metal and cigarettes smoke burning from apt 3305 and fighting. I was going to report it to office, but they were closed.

I am visiting my Sister and I use a Walker to get around. When I arrived at the Claremont I had be let out my the back gate in the very back of the Apartment Building. Just so I could get to an Elevator that was working. Everytime I come to visit the elevator on the Second floor in the back of the building is ALWAYS OUT OF ORDER!!!!!!! This is Supposed to be a Senior Citizens Apartments which means they use Walkers, Scooters and Wheelchairs. They CANNOT BE WALKING DOWN ANY STAIRS!!!!! You really need to Address this Problem ASAP!!!

I have 2 sisters that live here and are extremely disabled. I care for both and was staying over at ones place. My car got towed and i went to office and talked to a lady named Corina. She was so helpful and called towing company and had them release my car for free. This lady was so understanding and professional and before i left her office she gave me a sticker for my car that only residents get so i did not get towed again. Now i can come and go as my sisters need me without having to worry about getting towed. I thought my xmas was ruined as i could not afford a tow fee. But miss Corina saved the day and for that im very grateful. If this is how they treat non residents u can only imagine how well they treat their residents. I may be moving here in the near future. These apts are awesome! Thank you miss Corina for everything u do! God bless!

Not to bad with a little patience. If you're not going anywhere it's no problem, if you are then as long as you have a correct ID the police working the immediate area know your ok to let through.
Yes dear you have to be at least 55 or 58 I believe to stay here

They take Section 8 vouchers but I would not live there if I cannot have access to the internet. Forget that! And I cannot stand liars.
