Spent weeks trying to schedule an appointment. I was repeatedly placed on hold, hung up on once, and called "after hours" during the day. Finally I was referred to the new patient person, who tried to help. Extremely frustrating and inefficient process. I am seeing a different site.

Yes ma'am, we take BlueCross BlueShield of Texas, though we are not in the BCBS Advantage HMO Blue network, or the Blue High Performance Network.
We do, but we also refer some IPF patients to UT Southwestern.
