Thier PM syrups work well. However, to be honest, I find that almost ALL of thier products, help with insomnia. Unless specifically for alertness or such. Like, I wouldn’t drink the COFFEE, before bed. (Okay, well, yes I would. I nurse one cup of coffee, all day. Sometimes, I drink the last right before bed. But, I’m a southerner, I can handle it.) Truly, though, I find that any product, seems to have an OVERALL impact. So, if it’s pain relief, or anxiety relief, or insomnia....that I NEED, the CBD from green roads, seems to help me achieve it, without using multiple products. Now, my husband, tends to use specific products. But, he doesn’t take CBD every day, like I do. He uses the PM syrups, he tried the gummies and didn’t like them. But, HES REALLY PICKY about “foods”.
